What we keep

Your name, email, phone and postcode, your bookings and payments, your therapist preference, and the health form you fill in before a treatment. When someone types a gift card code that isn't right, we keep a scrambled form of their internet address for a day, so codes can't be guessed.

Your health form

Health information is kept encrypted, seen only by the staff who need it for your treatment, and every time someone opens it is recorded. We keep it between visits so you don't have to repeat it, and delete it 7 years after your last visit.

Marketing

We only send news and offers if you tick the box to say yes, and you can stop them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept for 6 years for HMRC, but with your name removed. Email hello@hideawaybrighton.com or call 01273 044504.
